Accessories required:
- COBB cobblestone charcoal tablet (1 pc) OR Weber coal briquettes (8 pieces). For the briquettes you will need Weber / Fire Up tanning (4 pcs)
- Fire burner (e.g. PETROMAX mini or PETROMAX Professional)
- COBB deep fryer
- COBB grill plate
- COBB cooking grill
Ingredients:
- 140 g dark chocolate
- 110 g butter
- 200 g of fine sugar (1,5 g) caster sugar)
- 3 room temperature eggs
- 100 g flour
Manufacture:
- Add to COBB CobbleStone coconut carbon tablet with fire burner and wait a few minutes for the charcoal tablet to turn grey. Alternatively, if you do not have CobbleStone tablets, use others such as, WEBER carbon briquettes. They will give you a tan when lit tanning lamps. The briquettes will be ready to bake when they turn grey (this may take 15-20 minutes).
- Į COBB grill add a deep frying pan and leave to heat for at least 5 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in the pan, stirring gently. Remove from the pan from the heat and stir in the sugar.
- Whisk in the eggs. Gradually add the chocolate, butter and sugar mixture, without stopping the beating. Add the flour a little at a time and mix it in lightly (just enough to distribute the flour in the dough).
- Į COBB oven insert grill plate and cooking grates, cover with the lid. Leave to warm for 5 minutes.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the small cups, leaving about 2-3 cm to the top of the cups: the dough will rise during baking.
- Place the cups with the mixture in the COBB grill, cover with the lid. Leave for about 20-25 minutes. When baked, they should be slightly runny in the centre (a "lava")
Although they are extremely tasty without additives, you can also enjoy them drizzled with liqueur, flavoured with vanilla ice-cream, decorated with fresh or frozen berries, icing sugar, marshmallows to spice them up. Enjoy!
