Our guest is Stephane Pover, founder of Smokey Olive Wood, during a smoking lesson prepared this simple dish that surprised everyone with its look and taste.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Your favourite spices for chicken. We chose EldurApi chicken seasoning
- salt
- 5 types of pepper
Production:
- Soak the orange chips in the beer. Soak for at least 20 minutes. If you have more time, you can take longer (it won't make much difference).
- Peel and crush the garlic and cover it with olive oil
- Rinse the chicken breasts with water and wipe dry with kitchen paper.
- Brush the chicken breasts with the garlic olive oil and sprinkle with the spices. We recommend using a silicone brush - it will be much more convenient.
- Brush the table with garlic olive oil and arrange the breasts on it.
- Place the chips directly on the coals and place the table with the chicken on the grill. Grill on indirect heat at 130-160 degrees.
