Grill Club Meeting

Dear Grill Club Members, BBQ enthusiasts and food culture lovers, already on 15 September we invite you to an unforgettable journey of flavours, where we will taste, socialise, share experiences and have a wonderful time in nature.

16.00-20.00 Barbecue and Tasting

During the meeting, professional grill chef and BBQ virtuoso Artūras will bring everyone together to taste aged marbled beef, lamb, chicken, pork and other grilled dishes prepared on one of the world's leading brands - Napoleon grills.

You will hear from an expert how to prepare and grill different dishes, which spices to choose, and answers to all your questions.

17.00 Rock n Rubs Spices and THE SAUCE sauce presentation

Presentation of the spice line of Marco Greulich, World Grill Champion from Germany. All spices made in Germany. No gluten, flavour enhancers or preservatives are used in their production.

THE SAUCE - Sauce from the Netherlands. We'll reveal the secrets to giving your BBQ an original taste!

18.00 The Pepper Queen - Introducing Kampot Peppers from Cambodia

Do you know the difference between black, white and red peppers? Have you ever tasted fermented or freshly salted peppers? Now is the time to find out and, of course, to taste! Rūta, the Queen of Peppers, will not only introduce you to the types of Kampot pepper, tell you how and where they are grown, but we will also prepare a unique and unforgettable pepper sauce for steak.

19.00 COBB barbecue. Popular recipes and tips. Announcement of the winner

If you haven't heard of this multifunctional portable grill yet, you must, because even Lithuanian national team players Jonas Valančiūnas and Rokas Jokubaitis have tried its benefits.

We'll be roasting a pig's schmote, smoking fish, and gaining not only theoretical but also practical knowledge. We will also invite you to take part in a mini-competition and demonstrate your skills on Cobb. Bring your own grill and surprise us with a recipe for the tastiest pancakes.
