Bake with COBB. Workshop

As the weather warms up and summer inexorably approaches, we are receiving more and more enquiries on how to use COBB grills, how to cook or smoke different dishes perfectly.

Listening to your needs, on 1 June we invite you to learn and improve or update your cooking COBB cooking skills in the grill. The aim of the workshop is to introduce the principles of cooking in a COBB grill and to enjoy cooking. We will discuss your concerns and share tips.

During the seminar you will learn:

  • What kind of charcoal to choose for COBB grills?
  • How to set up the grill properly?
  • How to cook different dishes properly?
  • How to smoke the desired dishes?
  • What accompaniments to choose when cooking different dishes, etc.?
  • The most popular recipes
  • We'll answer all your questions

During the seminar, we will bake and taste:

Chicken breast marinated by the World Grill Champion from Germany, Rock n Rubs seasoned with

             

    Salmon or trout fillet, which we will brown Smokey Olive Wood chips and herb blend

                

      Melt-in-your-mouth juicy barbecue
