On Thursday 18 May we are organising an afternoon of fire and food culture for partners, friends and clients. To welcome the summer, we will meet food and food industry professionals from Lithuania, France and other European countries. We invite you to share best practices, summer plans and, of course, to taste.
Guests from Western Europe will present the latest trends in food preparation, outdoor and indoor equipment and share inspiring stories.
Griliai.lt invites those who love quality, but in the modern world have not lost their attraction to outdoor cooking, fire and socialising around it.

The informal meeting will bring together entrepreneurs from the catering, restaurant, real estate and other sectors, while the Griliai.lt team will give first timers the opportunity to try and evaluate the latest brands.
During the Food and Fire Culture Afternoon, we will try out modern Augoust fire pits and taste the dishes prepared on them, seasoned with a unique sauce from Holland „The Sauce". We will learn about handmade knives forged in the Croatian mountains, a luxury collection of outdoor kitchen furniture, and the latest smokehouses. Also, the creators of a unique mechanical meat slicing machine are coming from France to share their experience, the invention and its history.
Of course, the meeting will be topped off with smoke-scented dishes that we will prepare freshly, together with the chefs, in the open air. We will taste fried dishes, the first harvest of vegetables and greens, sauces, and to quench our thirst, we will be assisted by Rasa Vaisvandeniai and Kambo Kombucha.
You can also bring your own products to the event: meat, fish, cheese, asparagus, or anything else gourmet. We invite you to create flavours and partnerships together.
