This recipe, which we recommend, is an Asian-style lamb ribs recipe that will leave no one indifferent.
Lamb meat is enjoying a renaissance in Lithuania, with people remembering what has been forgotten. With nearly 1.5 million breeding sheep in Lithuania between the wars, there was no shortage of lamb. Lamb was not only the food of the elite, but even ordinary people used to decorate their tables with lamb dishes. We can only follow in the footsteps of our grandparents and, on occasion, taste the nutty meat...

First prepare the Asian marinade by mixing all the ingredients and leave the lamb ribs to marinate for a few hours. You can leave them overnight if you want the marinade to soak into the meat even better.
Place the Cobblestone tablet on the stove and wait a few minutes until it turns grey. Alternatively, if you don't have Cobblestone tablets, you can use compressed charcoal briquettes.
Once the fuel has reached the required heat, put on the multi-purpose pan and grates and cover the grill with the lid for at least 5 minutes.
Cook the ribs for about 40-60 minutes, turning once or twice during the cooking time. Bake with the lid on.
Serve the delicious Asian lamb ribs with fresh lime or lemon slices.
Enjoy!
