Grilled chicken with couscous

Number of servings: 4. Preparation time: cooking 5 min., baking 6 min.

Grilled chicken with couscous is a lunch in 7 minutes. Quick, easy and a dish that's definitely worthy of top marks in both taste and appearance.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 pieces of chicken thigh meat
  • salt, pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • fresh thyme
  • 250 gr. couscous
  • 250 ml boiling water
  • 5 saffron leaves
  • tablespoon butter

PREPARATION

Rub the chicken with salt, pepper, chopped thyme and crushed garlic.

Place in a grill pan and cook for a total of 6 minutes, 3 minutes on each side.

Add the saffron to the boiling water and stir until the water is coloured. Add the couscous, salt and pepper to the water and cover with a lid. Let stand for 3 minutes. When uncovered, add the butter and stir. Place on the heat and cook, stirring, for 2-3 min.
