• This seasoning can be used as a dry marinade as well as a marinating sauce: allow 1 tablespoon of chimichurri to swell in 1 tablespoon of lukewarm water and mix with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of red wine or red wine vinegar.
