A new generation of grill plate that can be used with any COBB round model (Premier, Premier Air, Pro, etc.). The corrugated grill plate is much thicker, resulting in even better heating and even longer heat retention.

It is the best choice for grilling barbecues, steaks, pork roasts, fish or vegetables.

To help you know when to use it: choose to cook on it what you normally cook in a frying pan at home (i.e. dishes that need to be flipped during cooking - such as steaks, chicken breasts, etc.).
