Freshly salted Kampot Salted Pepper, 40 gr

Freshly salted Kampot peppercorns - This is a green pepper in sea salt brine. The flavour of green pepper is fresh and spicy, less intense than black pepper, with a lingering herbal aftertaste. This pepper has a fresh, grassy aroma. Green peppers are obtained from berries that are ripe but not yet fully ripe and are picked and infused with brine. They are thus preserved and remain as fresh and flavourful as possible when sealed in a vacuum pack. These peppers are a good accompaniment for snacks with wine and for tasting various types of cheese. Green peppercorn sauce, i.e. peppercorn sauce, is a great way to get to know the flavour of these peppers. Do not grind this type of pepper!

Ingredients: Green pepper (Piper Nigrum) (80%), sea salt (20%). Pepper (Piper) (20%).

Store in a dry place.

Once the vacuum of the jar has been opened, store in the refrigerator to preserve the best properties for longer.
