Peetz Räucherofen multi-purpose smokehouse with stainless steel door and double-walled side walls.

Can be smoked with charcoal, gas or electricity. Accessories for gas and electric smoking sold separately.

Holds up to 40 fish lying or hanging. The useful height for smoking is approx. 98 cm.

Suitable for hot and cold smoking of fish, meat, poultry or other products.

Materials: Stainless steel (material 4301 III d/2 R, high quality chrome/nickel steel) with door.
