Tiger prawns with bacon

A quick and perfect appetizer of prawns with bacon. Tiger prawns (penaeus spp) are one of the most popular seafood and their meat has a mild and sweet taste. Shrimps are a treasure trove of vitamins and minerals. It is rich in B vitamins, has no carbohydrates, almost no fat, but is rich in protein.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pieces of tiger prawns
  • 10 ml soy sauce
  • 10 ml Teriyaki sauce
  • 40 g bacon

PREPARATION

Defrost and clean the tiger prawns. Make 2-3 incisions on the inside of the prawns to stretch them out. Mix the soy and teriyaki sauces in a bowl, add the prawns and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Wrap the prawns with a strip of bacon. Grill on both sides and serve immediately.

Perfect with beer.
