INGREDIENTS
- small chickens
- head of garlic
- 2 tablespoons j. seasoning for chicken
- salt, pepper
- fresh thyme
- 250 gr. mayonnaise
- 50 gr. chilli sauce
PREPARATION
Cut the chicken into small pieces, season with spices, salt and pepper, rub with chopped garlic and thyme. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, chilli sauce and add the chicken. Refrigerate for up to 5-6 hours.
Grill on direct heat for about 8-10 minutes on each side.
