A memorable chef's performance full of lasting impressions and, of course, palate-pleasing, unexpected and gourmet flavours.

The face of Napoleon. Mr Rummel prepared a special programme for the participants and was accompanied by Stéphane Pover, a guest from Spain, who manages Smokey Olive Wood invited the guests to smell and taste the flavours of olive, lemon, Holm oak and other trees that only grow in warm countries.

And of course, how to be a chef without a knife !

Knives are the subject of a talk by knife enthusiast and professional sharpener Rimantas Lukoševičius from Professional Scissors and Knife Sharpening.
